The Al Nusrah Front and the Islamic Front battled regime forces in Latakia; Reef Dimashq; Damascus; and Aleppo, where they were joined by the Jaysh al Muhajireen wal Ansar, and the Islamic Front used US-made TOW missiles. In Deraa, Al Nusrah released a rebel commander detained yesterday; 52 rebel groups agreed to allow Al Nusrah to decide the fate of FSA commander Ahmad al Ne'ma and his comrades, who were seized yesterday, and agreed to allow Al Nusrah to set up checkpoints in their zones. Also in Deraa, the Ahrar al Sham, al-Mathna, Thuwar Souriya, Jaysh al Muhajireen wal Ansar, Ansar al Sham, and others launched an offensive to reach the Damascus-Deraa road. Al Nusrah and the Islamic Front clashed with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham in Deir Izzour; 69 fighters have been killed so far. ISIS shot a child and kidnapped and beheaded two men in Hasakah, clashed with Islamic and rebel fighters in Raqqah, and battled Kurdish YPG fighters in Aleppo.
