Opposition activists accused the Assad regime of a gas attack in Harasta, the fourth such attack claimed by the opposition so far in April. The Al Nusrah Front said it was cutting ties with the Raqqah Rebel Brigade. In Idlib, Al Nusrah clashed with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham, after ISIS fighters killed Al Nusrah's emir for Idlib and his family members. Al Nusrah and the Islamic Front battled regime forces in Latakia and in Reef Dimashq. The Islamic Front clashed with regime forces in Deraa, and fought against the ISIS in Deir Izzour. The ISIS released a video showing fighters from foreign countries including the West burning passports, denouncing patriotism, and threatening to come and destroy "tyrants" in Canada and the US. Russia expressed concern about reports the US has supplied at least 20 units of antitank weapons to Syrian rebels.
