The Justice Ministry asked Qatar to arrest al Gamaa al Islamiya leader Assem Abdel-Maged; authorities also ordered an asset freeze on some 500 Muslim Brotherhood and Islamist figures. Militants were believed to have attacked a gas pipeline in Sinai.
