The sharia council of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham in Aleppo sentenced the former leader of the Ghuraba' al-Sham battalion to death. A rebel battalion took a stand with the Shuhda' Bader battalion against the ISIS in Aleppo. The sharia council of Deir Izzour threatened an opposition TV station and prohibited it from interviewing fighters about the Geneva conference. In Raqqah, 14 reportedly Arabian trial sheiks pledged allegiance to ISIS. Kurdish YPG forces continued to clash with the Al Nusrah Front, ISIS, and allied rebels in Hasakah. Al Nusrah supported by the ISIS, al-Khadra' battalion, Maghawir Baba A'mru, and other battalion reportedly stormed large weapons depots in the town of Mahin in Homs. An armed group seized the headquarters and weapons of a rebel battalion in Latakia and chained the rebel fighters. The OPCW said yesterday that Syria's declared chemical weapons production and mixing facilities have been destroyed. The UN's Syrian envoy said there will be no preconditions for the Geneva talks.
