A court in Tatarstan ruled that the writings of Faizrakhman Sattarov, the 84-year-old founder of a banned radical Islamic sect, "incite interreligious hatred and contradict traditional Islamic teachings." The Faizrakhman sect, which rejects Russian law, was discovered last year living in an eight-level catacomb underneath the leader's house.
