A NATO airstrike killed Gaddafi's youngest son, Seif al-Arab, when it hit a house in Tripoli where Gaddafi and his family were staying. Gaddafi's latest cease-fire offer has been rejected by the rebels. NATO says it will continue operations until all attacks against civilians have ceased, humanitarian access is allowed, and Gaddafi's forces have retreated to bases.
