A Taliban suicide bomber killed 37 civilians and wounded more than 30 in an attack on a Canadian convoy in Spin Boldak in Kandahar province. Four Canadian soldiers were wounded. The death toll in the Feb. 17 suicide attack in the Arghandab district in Kandahar has risen to more than 100, including 35 auxiliary policemen, making it the largest suicide attack since 2002.
