Security forces broke up two Fatah al Islam cells based out of Sidon and Iqlim al Kharroub. The cells planned to attack the Internal Security Forces headquarters in Achrafieh, as well as several Arab and European embassies and missions. The cells also planned to free 200 Fatah al Islam prisoners.
