Czech police are investigating the death of Palestinian ambassador Jamal Al Jamal in an explosion in his home as a case of negligence and illegal arms possession; police found enough submachine guns to equip at least a 10-man combat unit. Iraq

“Islamist militants” attacked police stations and government buildings in Fallujah, Ramadi, and Tarmiyah to free prisoners and seize weapons. Fighters are in control of areas of Ramadi and Fallujah.
