Al Qaeda fighter’s detention upheld by DC Circuit Court

Al Alwi also allegedly received specialized training and was a bodyguard for Osama bin Laden.










Treasury targets Iran’s ‘secret deal’ with al Qaeda

One of the six leaders designated today was identified as al Qaeda’s “operations chief” earlier this month; he was also reported to be involved in plotting an attack set to coincide with the tenth anniversary of 9/11.
