The Islamic State clashed with regime forces near the Sha’er gas field in Homs; bombarded regime-held areas near Al Mab’oje in Hama; clashed with regime forces by Kweris airport, and killed five Islamic Front fighters in a suicide bombing in Aleppo; battled the Islamic Front outside Yilda in Reef Dimashq; stoned two women to death for alleged adultery in Raqqah; and clashed with regime forces in Deir Izzour, where the IS was joined by some Islamic Front fighters. The IS also killed 24 men arrested at the Koniko oilfield, and whipped five men for smoking in Deir Izzour. The Al Nusrah Front and the Islamic Front battled regime forces in Hama around Morek; and clashed with regime forces in Aleppo, where they were joined by the Emigrants’ Army. Al Nusrah has cut off water to parts of Aleppo city for the past 80 days, in an attempt to deprive regime-held areas of water. In Homs, Al Nusrah, Ahrar al Sham, and several other rebel groups told all who had ‘settled’ with regime forces that they had 72 hours to formally repent and turn in their weapons or they would be killed. The Islamic Front also battled regime forces in Latakia, Quneitra, Idlib, Deraa, Hama, and Reef Dimashq near Qalamoun and Ghouta.
