Negotiators lost contact with 13 Syrian nuns kidnapped by an Al Nusrah Front-linked group led by Abu Malek al-Kuwaiti. Regime, NDF, and Hezbollah forces continued to battle Al Nusrah, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham, and the Islamic Front near Yabroud in Reef Dimashq. An ISIS suicide car bomber detonated by a police base in Aleppo that had been taken over by the Islamic Front. In Hama, Al Nusrah and the Islamic Front clashed with regime forces, and a suicide truck bomb detonated near a regime military intelligence base. In Homs, Al Nusrah and the Islamic Front clashed with regime forces, and two suicide car bombs killed at least 12 people. Two ISIS suicide car bombers blew themselves up inside the 17th Division in Raqqah, and three ISIS suicide bombers detonated yesterday at an Internet cafe. In Deir Izzour, the Islamic Front battled regime forces, and gunmen fought over control of oil fields. Al Nusrah issued a video of its training camp in Deir Izzour that is named after al Qaeda emir Ayman al Zawahiri.
