Two people died in an explosion near a mosque in the village of Dygulubgey near Baksan in Kabardino-Balkaria yesterday, in what may have been a premature detonation. Russia’s Investigative Committee said it was a suicide bombing. Police said the terrorists had been preparing to attack a funeral procession.
