Police arrested a 35-year-old Tunisian suspected of financing and recruiting for al Qaeda, al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, Fatah al Islam, and the Islamic State of Iraq. The suspect, a website administrator from the southern city of Toulon, was detained after a yearlong investigation.
