Police found an abandoned car belonging to a neighbor of Toulouse gunman Mohamed Merah who may be a third accomplice in the killing spree. Algerian authorities cited security reasons for denying the request of Merah’s family to have him buried in Algeria. Merah’s father is suing French police over his son’s death.
