The Canadian Supreme Court has refused to review the case of Abdullah Khadr, a Canadian accused of supplying arms to al Qaeda. After his arrest in Pakistan in 2005, he was indicted by a US court, but Canadian lower courts declined to extradite him to the US, and he was released last year.
