The US added two Lashkar-e-Taiba leaders to the list of global terrorists. Zafar Iqbal co-founded the terror group and is a top fundraiser, and Hafiz Abdul Salam Bhuttavi is the deputy emir and ideologue who aided in the 2008 Mumbai terror assault.
