Abd al-Rahim Hussayn Muhammad al-Nashiri, a wealthy Saudi accused of planning the USS Cole bombing in 2000, will face a military tribunal at Guantanamo within 30 days. He is the first of the 33 Gitmo detainees the Obama administration plans to try in military court proceedings at the facility.
