Authorities arrested Rezwan Ferdaus, 26, in Framingham, Mass., after he accepted weapons from undercover agents, believing them to be his accomplices in an al Qaeda plot to attack the Pentagon and the US Capitol. The Northeastern University physics graduate also is accused of making bomb parts to be used against US forces in Iraq.
