Transport authorities are investigating the recent shipment of a fake bomb, containing timer, wires, and detonator, concealed in a wedding cake box, on a UPS flight from London to Istanbul. A 26-year-old Turkish man was detained in London in connection with the shipment but released on bail. The UK expelled five Libyan diplomats, including the military attache, for security reasons.
