Two suicide bombers killed four people in Laghman. Security forces killed 10 Taliban fighters in Uruzgan, and captured an al Qaeda and Taliban-linked suicide operations facilitator in Nangarhar and a Taliban commander in Kandahar. ISAF confirmed that three civilians were killed during an operation in Kunar.
