The Afghan government will hold a Loya Jirga on the proposed reconciliation plan with the Taliban in mid-spring. Afghan and Coalition forces detained a Taliban and a Haqqani Network sub-commander during raids in Ghazni and Khost, and seized more than 800 pounds of opium in Helmand.
