Police arrested three people accused of recruiting Islamist terrorists to fight in foreign wars. The Islamists are thought to have recruited more than 100 fighters. More than 300 police raided 43 apartments in Baden-Wuerttemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Hesse, and North Rhine-Westphalia.
