The Caucasus Emirate took credit for last week’s bombing that derailed a train traveling between Moscow and St. Petersburg. The bombing killed 26 people. “We declare that this operation was prepared and carried out … pursuant to the order of the Emir of Caucasus Emirate [Doku Umarov],” the group said in a statement at the pro-jihadist Kavkaz Center website.
