Al Qaeda leader Mustafa Hamid has called for the Afghan Taliban to kidnap foreigners in response to the capture of al Qaeda members by the US and her allies. The edict was titled “The US Soldier in Afghanistan – the first step for the release of all prisoners of the war on terror.” Hamid said foreigners should be captured to avenge “torture” and detentions at Guantanamo Bay.
