Five Iraqis were killed in a carbombing in Fallujah and one soldier was killed in an IED attack in Mosul. Three terrorists were detained in Babil. More than 3,000 Awakening members have been hired by Iraq’s ministries. The Iraqi National Police has been renamed the Federal Police.
