Mullah Fazlullah has returned to the airwaves. Security forces killed 12 Taliban fighters during airstrikes in Arakzai and three more during operations in Swat, detained 15 Mehsud tribesmen, and demolished a Lashkar-i-Islam base in Peshawar. The military said it would build bases in Swat and Buner, and would remain for two years.
