Upwards of 30 Taliban fighters and more than 100 civilians may have been killed in yesterday’s battle in Farah province; ISAF is investigating the incident. The Taliban killed seven policemen in Ghazni province and the district leader and two officials in Baghlan province; four Taliban fighters and one policeman were killed in Badghis province. Australian troops killed a Taliban commander in Uruzgan province. Afghan and Coalition forces detained six Taliban fighters in Logar province.
