Afghan troops retook the village of Marja in Nad Ali district of Helmand province from the Taliban; Afghan commandos killed seven Taliban fighters during the operation. Admiral Mullen said the Coalition has two years to restore order in Afghanistan. Secretary Gates said the Afghan Army can take the lead in the fight against the Taliban in four years.
