Sufi Mohammed said he hates democracy and said Afghanistan’s Taliban government was an “ideal example for other Muslim countries.” Four civilians were killed and 18 were wounded in a bombing in Peshawar. Six Taliban were killed in Bajaur and three were captured in Lahore. The Taliban ordered CD and barber shops in Charsadda to close.
