Al Qaeda spokesman Abu Yahya al Libi called for attacks against Britain and other Western and Arab countries. “It’s high time that this criminal country, I mean Britain, paid the price of its historic crime” of creating the Israeli state, Libi said in a videotape released on the Internet.
