The Pakistani military fired on two US helicopters operating along the border inside Afghan territory in Khost province. Pakistan claimed the helicopters crossed the border, flew over a Paksitani outpost, “returned fire and flew back.” Two policemen and a civilian were killed in a bombing in Spin Boldak in Kandahar province.
