Three security personnel and two civilians were killed in a suicide attack in Charsadda. Fifteen Taliban fighters and eight civilians were killed in Pakistani airstrikes in Mohmand. A deputy of Baitullah Mehsud was wounded in an IED attack in South Waziristan, while two IEDs targeted a NATO convoy west of Peshawar. The Jamaat-e-Islami staged protests to cut NATO’s supply line to Afghanistan.
