The US Treasury Department added three members of a German Islamic Jihad Union to the Specially Designated Global Terrorist list. Fritz Martin Gelowicz, Daniel Martin Schneider, and Adem Yilmaz were arrested by German police after they were discovered plotting terrorist attacks on public places and possibly US military facilities in Germany. Police found materials and chemicals need to make one or more car bombs.
