The Frontier Corps claimed 25 Taliban fighters were killed and 40 more were captured during an operation to push the Taliban back from Peshawar. Fifteen Taliban fighters were killed in Swat. Rashid Rauf’s lawyer claimed his client was not killed in Saturday’s airstrike in North Waziristan.
