The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security are investigating a possible recruiting network in the Minneapolis area for the Somali terror group Shabaab. Shirwa Ahmed, the first US suicide bomber who attacked in northern Somalia last month, is thought to have set up a recruiting cell that has funneled dozens of Somali-Americans to Shabaab camps.
