Mullah Baradar, the deputy commander of the Taliban in Afghanistan, said the group has not and will not negotiate with NATO or the Afghan government. “The Islamic Emirate [Taliban] is not conducting any negotiations with the Americans, NATO, or the collaborationist Karzai administration,” Baradar said in the Taliban monthly Al Sumud.
