Israeli officials claimed Hezbollah is paying tens of thousands of dollars to Palestinian terror groups to avenge the death of Imad Mugniyah. Hezbollah is three times stronger that it was prior to the 2006 war in Lebanon, Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak told the Knesset.
