Islamic Courts fighters arrested and whipped 32 dancers just south of Mogadishu. Three Somalis were killed during fighting north of Mogadishu. Fighting between Islamic Courts members broke out again in Jowhar. Somalia’s president said the Transitional Federal Government has collapsed.
