Fourteen Iraqis were killed and dozens wounded in a series of bombings in Baghdad. Iraqi forces detained 20 insurgents north of Baqubah, 20 insurgents in Mosul, and a Special Groups leader in Hillah. US troops captured a Special Groups cell leader in Baghdad.
