The US Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia said the “Friends of Pakistan” would not “throw money on the table” to help Pakistan avert economic collapse. The IMF said Pakistan needs $10 billion to avoid default. The military killed 15 Taliban fighters in air and artillery strikes in Bajaur.
