The United States Court of Appeals temporarily blocked the release of 17 Guantanamo Bay detainees into the Washington, DC. The 17 Chinese Uighurs were captured in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and some participated in terrorist training at al Qaeda and Taliban run camps in Afghanistan.
