A US strike in North Waziristan killed four suspected Taliban. US forces coordinated with Pakistani forces to kill five Taliban in the tribal areas. Four security personnel were wounded in an IED attack in Swat. Security forces detained 14 suspected suicide bombers. Pakistan said the inclusion of Indian forces to secure the Afghan-Pakistani border is unacceptable.
