A US appeals court overturned terrorism convictions for a Yemeni cleric and his personal assistant, claiming the two men did not receive a fair trial. Sheik Mohammed Ali al Moayad and Mohammed Mohsen Zayed were convicted of providing support for terrorist groups in 2005 and have been in detention in the Supermax prison. Moayad was caught on tape bragging about giving money to Osama bin Laden.
