Al Qaeda in Iraq’s puppet Islamic State of Iraq released an audiotape by “Abu Omar al Baghdadi.” In his first tape since April, Baghdadi calls for the assassination of senior Sunni political leaders and continues to offer a $100,000 reward for the killing of a Danish cartoonist who published images of the prophet Mohammed.
