A group called the Harakat Ras Kamboni, which is linked to Shabaab military commander Sheikh Hassan Turki, took credit for a mortar attack against African Union peacekeepers in Mogadishu. The attacks claimed 15 lives; another 30 were wounded. Somalia has been rated as the most corrupt country in the world.
