A convoy shipping arms to Hezbollah blew up after leaving a Revolutionary Guards base on the outskirts of Tehran. At least 15 people were killed in the explosion. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad banned a newspaper from reporting rifts in the country’s leadership.
