[Update 2] Ayman al Zawahri issued an audiotape where he called on Muslims to enter jihad against Israel for sealing off the Gaza Strip. He blamed Arab governments fr the plight of Palestinians. “The sons of the nation should break the shackles of the treacherous regimes [of the Middle East] and move to wage jihad, which has become a duty.”
