Mustafa Abu Yazid, al Qaeda’s leader in Afghanistan, took credit for the bombing of the Danish embassy in Islamabad that wounded eight Pakistanis and wounded more than 30. The attack was a “revenge against the infidel government … of Denmark which published degrading drawings of the prophet … and refused to apologize but continued” to publish the cartoons.
