Four suspected Islamic insurgents were killed in clashes with security forces in Thailand’s rebellious southern Yala province. Earlier, two soldiers were killed when a car collided with a truck that had been hijacked by a suspected insurgent in Yala. A roadside bomb left four soldiers seriously injured in southern Pattani province.
